Tuhorn Sports currently dispatches orders with Swiss Post. The package is handed over to the post office on the same or the next business day after the order is received. Once it is with the post, delivery within Switzerland takes 1–2 business days, and for other European countries, it takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination country. In some cases, delays with Swiss Post or the respective national postal services may cause longer delivery times.
Tuhorn was founded in early 2023. As of June 2024, only 4 customers have used our after-sales service. Of these, 3 cases were size changes and only 1 one case was a refund.
