Our Sales, Delivery, and Payment Terms

  1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services. Deviations, even due to differing general terms and conditions of the buyer, require our explicit written confirmation. Our offers are non-binding and subject to change. We expressly reserve the right to make changes to items in terms of color, design, and technical improvements.

  1. Conclusion of the contract

The offer to conclude a purchase contract is made by the customer by clicking the "Place order with obligation to pay" button after fully completing the order page.

The customer has the option to print the order and the entered data during the ordering process. Additionally, the option to create a customer account is available. In the customer account, order details can be viewed after entering personal login credentials. Tuhorn.ch reserves the right, without providing a reason, to block customer accounts at its discretion.

If you have any questions or requests, or if you would like to order products via email, you can send an email to hallo@tuhorn.ch. Your email will usually be processed within 24 hours.
If you would like phone consultation or have questions that you prefer not to discuss via email, please provide your phone number via email. We will call you back as soon as possible.

  1. Price

The prices are subject to change and apply ex-warehouse Muri, net. Shipping for orders over CHF 88 and delivery within Switzerland is included in the price. For orders under CHF 250 or deliveries abroad, shipping costs will be charged additionally. Delivery is at the recipient's expense and risk. The prices listed are in CHF and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Changes to the prices, terms, and other conditions listed on the website are reserved, with the order date being the decisive date.

  1. Discount

Authorities, associations, schools, and resellers may be eligible for discounts. To discuss the possibility of discounts and their details, please contact hallo@tuhorn.ch.

  1. Delivery & Transfer of Risk

We work with Swiss Post. The standard delivery time is usually 1 to 2 business days, depending on the time of the order. For orders within Switzerland up to a value of CHF 88, a flat rate of CHF 9.50 per delivery will be charged. For orders over CHF 88 and under 5 kg, we cover the shipping costs. If the weight of the order exceeds 5 kg, the prices listed below will apply.
  5 kg – 10 kg: CHF 13
  10 kg – 20 kg: CHF 25
  20 kg – 30 kg: CHF 33
If the weight of the order is 30 kg or more, or if the length of the package exceeds 100 cm, the shipment will be considered oversized. An additional delivery fee of CHF 35 will be charged for oversized goods. For large orders, we recommend contacting us via hallo@tuhorn.ch.
Partial deliveries are permitted, insofar as they cannot be avoided. Post packages will be resent free of charge, while other shipping methods will be charged at cost. The delivery time is generally as fast as possible, except for confirmed fixed dates.
You must immediately check the delivered or collected products for accuracy, completeness, and any delivery damage. Our obligation is fulfilled when the goods are handed over to the carrier. After shipment, the risk of accidental deterioration and loss of the goods transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any fault of the transport company used. Any transport damage should be reported directly to the respective transport company.
Uncollected shipments at the post office or undeliverable packages will be returned to us by the postal service, for which we must pay the return shipping costs. To resend the package, delivery costs will apply again. These costs are to be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to request the payment of the new delivery fees in advance before the shipment is sent again.

  1. International Orders

We work with Swiss Post. If you are located in a European country, the standard delivery time is usually between 5 and 20 business days, depending on the time of the order. Delivery to countries outside of Europe may take a few extra days due to the individual procedure. For deliveries to European countries, we cover the shipping costs if the order value exceeds CHF 250 (and the weight is under 5 kg). For orders to a European country with a value of less than CHF 250, a flat fee of CHF 24 will be charged for shipping.
If the total weight of the order exceeds 5 kg, the exact shipping costs will be charged to you; the amount depends on the respective postal zone. We recommend that you contact us at hallo@tuhorn.ch so we can work together to find the best solution for you.
Please note that for international orders, the price does not include taxes (e.g., VAT) or customs duties. These costs will be charged to the customer by the relevant authorities.
If the weight of the order is 30 kg or more, or if the length of the package exceeds 100 cm, the shipment will be considered oversized. For large orders, we recommend that you contact us at hallo@tuhorn.ch.

  1. Payment

We offer the following payment options:
You can pay directly in the online shop with a credit/debit card, Twint, or through your PayPal account. Once the payment confirmation is received, your shipment will be handed over to Swiss Post for dispatch by the next day at the latest.
Alternatively, you can select the "direct bank transfer" option in the online shop. In this case, you transfer the amount specified on the order confirmation via bank transfer to our account at UBS. Once the corresponding amount is confirmed as received, the order will be handed over to Swiss Post for dispatch by the next day at the latest. If the prepayment is not credited to our account within 5 days, your order will be automatically canceled.

  1. Money back guarantee: 50 days

Since we are confident in the quality of our products, we offer you a 50-day trial period. During this time, you can use the products even during your training sessions. If, for any reason, you do not like the products, you can return them to us at your own expense, and we will refund the full purchase price minus the separately charged delivery costs (for orders under CHF 88 within Switzerland or for international orders under CHF 250; refer to section 7). The refund will be processed only after the products have been inspected. If the products are rendered unusable beyond normal wear and tear due to intentional or careless handling, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. In this case, we may return the products to you at your own expense if desired.
The cut-off date for calculating this money-back guarantee is the 50th day after payment of the order.

  1. Warranty

After the 50-day trial period, we no longer offer a full refund, but we will repair the product free of charge within one year of purchase, provided the defects are caused by normal use. In this case, the customer must send the product to us, and we will take care of the repair. Damages caused by intentional misuse or improper use are excluded from this warranty. This warranty can only be claimed upon presentation of the proof of purchase. Any warranty claim is void for discounted items.

  1. Customizing

You can also order custom personalized products from us. The possibilities are nearly endless: different colors, prints (names, logos, etc.), or embroidery. You can contact us at hallo@tuhorn.ch to discuss the details.
